We are looking for a driven Document Control Intern to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. You will join our fantastic Programs team at our labs centre in Vasteras. By joining us, you will be a key player in ramping up our Vasteras Campus program and contribute to building one of the first large scale European battery factories. This internship provides a great opportunity to collaborate with the Program team – including Project managers, Technical Leads and Engineers in a challenging projects/program.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Gather and structure documentation in one control system to make it user friendly.
  • Interface with construction, process, automation, and other departments to gather and structure the technical documentation needed to support the manufacturing team.
  • Follow up on received documentation and implementation.
  • Develop user manuals, procedures so that they are standardised
  • Communicate and collaborate with project core team members

Skills & Requirements

We believe that you have :

  • A relevant Bachelor degree
  • 1-3 years plus of relevant working experience
  • Microsoft office suite skills
  • Fluent language skills in English
  • Track record of successful achievements

Bonus points for:

  • Fluency in other languages (Japanese, Swedish, Chinese, French)
