We are growing and continue to grow towards the most influential social and health consultancy in the Nordic countries, and therefore we are now looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Copenhagen.

The Sales Manager will drive our “Solution” sales in Denmark. The solutions that NHG offers, support decision-making in healthcare. At the core of our offering are data and analytics that we use to evaluate how healthcare is provided by our clients, and with our solutions we then deliver quantitative interpretations and best practice suggestions to our clients. We for example analyze resourcing to match patient needs and forecast patient volumes in emergency departments.

As a Sales Manager we expect you to understand the Danish healthcare system and the clients’ needs, and that you will be able to suggest the suitable solutions to match that need. You need to understand how client situations, healthcare processes, data and market needs affect one another. Your role will include the entire sales process: client contacting, booking meetings, follow-up of the sales process and material and meeting preparations.

Having the following capabilities would make you an excellent team member:

  • Motivation and drive, and a hunger for results

  • Good networking and communication skills

  • Healthcare experience, preferably more than 5 years

  • A good healthcare IT understanding

  • Fluent Danish and English skills

We will make sure to provide you with all relevant knowledge about our different solutions, and you will work closely with our Solutions Team in Finland. Trips to Finland must be expected, just as well as the team from Finland will be joining you in Denmark when needed.
