Stillfront Group AB (publ) is looking for an experienced SaaS Ops IT Systems Engineer to join our Team. Stillfront Group is a cohort of 21 (and growing) gaming studios around the world.
Candidates for this role can expect to be involved with supporting our existing business applications in the cloud, being part of an elite team that researches and evaluates new tools and technologies, and leading the adoption of new technologies and best practices in order to continually improve the state of our cloud-based infrastructure. Provide architectural, engineering, and operational support for Stillfront Group’s corporate IT systems and processes
Design and support single sign-on integrations with identity management tools
Assist with IT Security Policy enforcement through SaaS implementation
Determine the best available products to use for Stillfront Group’s specific use cases, based on competitive analysis and consultation with internal stakeholders
Support and work closely with IT, Security, Legal, Finance, HR, Studio Leadership and other internal teams to identify and solve interesting problems.
Engage with Vendors to implement and improve services to best support Stillfront Group needs.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in written and spoken English.
What you Bring to the Team:
5+ years experience managing enterprise IT systems (prefered: cloud-first environment, 750+ users) with a strong understanding of Information Security, IAM and networking
Identity Management/SSO Implementation (ex: Okta, Jumpcloud, OneLogin)
Knowledge in administering and deploying endpoint protection solutions (ex: Cisco AMP, Carbon Black, Crowdstrike)
Knowledge in administering and deploying MDM Solutions for Windows and MacOS (ex: InTune, WorkspaceOne, Jumpcloud, JAMFPro, etc)
Experience managing SPF, DKIM, and/or DMARC for email domains
Expertise in a broad range of technologies and operating systems
Fluent in spoken and written English
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Self-starting and independent, able to plan and prioritise effectively and keep stakeholders and teammates informed of risks and approaches
