Planhat is looking for an experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join us on our journey as we are revolutionizing customer success. As Senior Growth Marketing Manager at Planhat you will be working with creative marketing professionals and a rock star sales team to revolutionize the customer success platform market. We're looking for a passionate person who can drive awareness and demand for our platform across all digital channels.


  • Accelerate Planhat growth through creative digital demand generation

  • Create Planhat digital marketing strategy and plan based on a deep understanding of how Planhat customers engage with digital marketing channels.

  • Provide guidance to your fellow marketers on digital campaigns and technologies.

  • Oversee marketing operations, including the Planhat website and Hubspot database.

  • Own marketing metrics reporting an analysis

You must be a leader and self-starter.Planhat has offices in Los Angeles, London and Stockholm, but we are a remote-first company and this position can be located anywhere in North America or Europe. Most important is that you are driven and have true passion for customer success. Planhat is growing and there are lots of opportunities for the right candidate.

  • Demonstrated accountability for revenue and results

  • Skilled at connecting strategy to tactics that drive demand and accelerate growth.

  • Excellent understanding of all digital marketing technologies, including website, SEO, PPC, display, email, A/B testing, behavioral analysis tools, etc.

  • Ability to lead technical professionals responsible for web development, database management, reporting and other technical marketing operations.

  • Natural number cruncher with a mastery of marketing metrics, including pipeline reporting, campaign attribution and beyond.

  • Power user of Hubspot (or equivalent), Excel and HTML; Javascript a strong plus.

  • Experience or training in B2B SaaS marketing

  • MBA a plus
