Planhat is looking for an experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join us on our journey as we are revolutionizing customer success. As Senior Product Marketing Manager at Planhat you will be working with creative marketing professionals and a rock star sales team to revolutionize the customer success platform market. We're looking for a passionate person who can understand and communicate how our platform helps our customers meet their strategic goals.


  • Create Planhat product content based on a deep understanding of the platform and customer business objectives, pains, problems, personae and purchase process.

  • Develop sales content, tools and training content to accelerate revenue growth.

  • Provide leadership and guidance to your fellow marketers in growth, community, field and corporate marketing regarding campaign strategy and communications.

  • Engage directly with customers and sales to better understand their needs and extend the planhat brand through your network in the customer success community.

  • Work closely with the product team to launch new capabilities into the market

  • Speak publicly on the Planhat vision and value at events, webinars, and panels.

  • Brief analysts and press on the Planhat vision and product direction.

You must be a leader and self-starter. Planhat has offices in Los Angeles, London and Stockholm, but we are a remote-first company and this position can be located anywhere in North America or Europe. Most important is that you are driven and have true passion for customer success. Planhat is growing and there are lots of opportunities for the right candidate.

  • Demonstrated accountability for revenue and results

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with flawless English

  • Proven ability to creative, strategic product content

  • Ability to listen and connect with customers, sales and marketing peers

  • Strong understanding of Internet marketing techniques and tools

  • Revenue focused and metrics savvy marketer

  • Experience or training in B2B SaaS marketing

  • Customer success knowledge or experience a strong bonus

  • MBA a plus
