SF Studios distributes film and TV series via theatres, streaming, DVD, and Blu-Ray and also through our own streaming service SF Anytime. The Distribution Support team works with all SF Studios' content, including our own productions, international majors as well as local language films across the Nordics. Our slate includes films, TV series and catalogue from US Majors such as Warner Brothers, Sony Pictures, Universal Pictures, and Paramount.

We are now looking for a Product Coordinator to strengthen up our Distribution Support team. If you like working in a cross-Nordic team that takes pride in putting teamwork first and you have experience with material coordination this is a great opportunity for you!
As our new Product Coordinator, you will play a central role in planning, coordinating and preparing our content for theatrical releases. You will also be responsible for coordinating and producing physical product assets for Home Entertainment distribution. Your overall responsibility will be to timely gather materials before our theatrical premieres and release dates in the Nordics. In detail, you will:
Order feature and trailer materials
Order translations of feature and trailer materials
Together with the Theatrical distribution teams plan and order clips and TV spots
Localize trailer assets for Theatrical and online use
Continuously update the team about material and delivery timelines on a Nordic level
Coordinate authoring for DVD and Blu-ray
Produce packaging assets (for example sleeves and labels) for physical products
Invoice control and payments
The position is based in our Stockholm office, but you will work with both colleagues and partners in the Nordics and the rest of the world. The role reports to Head of Distribution Support, Pernilla Ekmark.
Requirements To be successful in this role, we think you have/are:
A proven track record in delivering media management services
Experience working in a company that handles digital distribution
Are familiar with terms such as DCP, KDM, HD and SD files
Able to think ahead and anticipate needs
Excellent attention to detail and deadlines – you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and make it your priority to meet deadlines
Fluent in Swedish and English both written and spoken
As a person, we believe you are a business and team-oriented person, with the flexibility and capability to support several parts of our Distribution team. We think you have good social and interpersonal skills and can work cross-functional and manage key stakeholders at different levels.
