Wholesale Account Manager

The role is an exciting opportunity for someone with a huge interest in sports fashion and who a few years’ experience in sales from a company within consumer goods.
You will be part of a dedicated, tight-knit team in a welcoming, fast moving, and creative environment.

As the Account Manager, you will work with both prospecting and existing wholesale partners and execute the planning and development of sales internationally.


  • Continuous contact with existing partners and initiate and plan marketing activities
  • Administrate the operative sales work
  • Prospect and build pipeline and relationships with companies matching our objectives for the brand
  • Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to make informed decisions
  • Be our eyes and ears towards the market and through product feedback from partners, report and evaluate internally
  • Representing ICANIWILL by travelling, and attending events and sales activities


  • Measure progress on own KPIs
  • Report to Wholesale Manager, proactively and reactively
  • Provide realistic plans and forecasts on customers’ performances
  • Work with customer data to create value for both parties
  • Monitor and report on customers and competitors sell-through and activities, and take appropriate actions
  • Ensure customer compliance with agreements

Skills & Requirements

Who are you?

  • You are outgoing and goal orientated - eager to identify business targets and make great results
  • Ideally have 2-3 years previous experience from b2b sales within consumer goods
  • Highly self-motivated and a forward thinker and being used to work with tight deadlines
  • You have experience in working with new customer sourcing
  • Professional in all social contexts
  • Trustworthy and take full ownership of your work tasks and responsibilities
  • You love to travel, meet new people, and get to know new cultures
  • You have a relevant educational background.
  • It is an advantage if you have previously worked with sports fashion, but not a requirement
  • It is an advantage if you are multilingual but not a requirement

The position is completed on a full-time basis, starting as soon as possible and is located at the ICANWILL headquarters in the heart of Stockholm.

The Wholesale Account Manager reports to the Director of Wholesale.

Interviews will be held on a rolling basis.
