Do you want to work with fulfilling our guests vacation dreams? Do you like to work with people from different parts of the work. Then you will fit as tour representative at one of our destinations.
Work description
As a tour representative you are Apollo´s face outwards and your main task is fulfilling our guests expectations. You are there at arrival and departure, at information meetings, excursions and at the service office. You work actively with ancillary sales. In addition you handle administrative tasks and stay in touch with sub suppliers and external partners at the destination.
Service minded
You are the first contact person for questions, requests and emergency situations. You should have a natural sense for service and be able to communication with different types of people with different demands and expectations. You should be a destination expert when it comes to history, culture and sights and inspirer and share your knowledge with interested guests.
Skills & Requirements
You love to give service and is perceptive of both young and old guests requests. You dare to ta your own decisions and act on you own. In addition to the knowledge requirements it is meritorious with experience within the travel industry, service and restaurant.
Required skills
• 3-year high school
• Minimum 20 years of age
• Minimum one year work experience, preferably within service, hotel or restaurant.
• Fluent in one of the Scandinavian languages
• Driving license (manual) and driving experience for minimum 1 year
• Good English skills (speaking and writing)
Meriting
• Post high school education in service or tourism
• Knowledge in other Scandinavian languages
• Longer stay abroad
