WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
At Liquid Swords, we don’t believe in buzzwords. We approach game development in a quite simplistic way as game development is complicated as it is so no need to complicate the process further. This allows us to focus on quality and allowing our team members to be the experts they are and to fully unleash that expertise in their respective field.
You will both help to find and evaluate what tech and tools will be best for the game, produce code within different areas of Rendering and Graphics, and help form the code department.
Technical challengers are aplenty, and we've already hired seasoned developers from AAA studios like Rockstar North, Embark, Ubisoft, and more. You will be the second of a team of two Senior Graphics Programmers, working alongside Tech Artists, Lighting Artists, VFX Artists and more.
A programmer with at least 5 years of previous experience from programming on AAA console games.
You have professional experience working in a C++ based game engine, if you have experience from working in Unreal that is extra meritorious.
You have a keen interest in games and graphics and are probably a gamer yourself.
You enjoy working in cross-functional teams with a lot of cooperation and are excited to take the step to join a startup and be part of building a brand new game and company!
