We are looking for experienced HRBP:s to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our passionate team at Northvolt Systems based in Stockholm. By joining us, you will be a key player in establishing the HRBP function within one or several business units making sure HR is on the business agenda and contributing from a people perspective to building one of the first large scale European battery factories.
The HRBP roles will be located in our Stockholm office supporting Northvolt our different teams with the broad spectrum of HR areas. All this in a fast paced environment and with the mandate of building our organization, culture and processes along the way.
The HRBP:s will report directly to the leader of a daughter company, and be part of the Management team and a HRBP global network, or to the Director of Business Partnering at group level. A shared HR service and support team is is run from Stockholm as well.
About the job
As a HRBP at Northvolt Systems you will be a change agent and a strategic business partner to the management working in implementing corporate policies, initiatives and ways of working. You will facilitate organization and leadership development efforts and work closely with the other HR functions in the organization to continuously develop our processes and structure.
The HRBP is aiming to be an integrated part of an organizations leadership and works directly as part management teams to develop and direct a talent agenda that closely supports organizational goals. As a senior HR professional or expert, the HRBP may also drive and implement talent projects either on a group level or local level.
