The Labs Programs team is looking for a talented intern who wants to be a part of developing the Västerås Campus and building Northvolt's future R&D capacity and capability. You will be a direct part of the Program team supporting us with various project administration tasks to extend current production and build the future R&D facility. You will be part of an innovative, enthusiastic and friendly team! We believe you have a background in studying Manufacturing Engineering/Production Engineering/Mechanical Engineering with some knowledge in Project management.
Cathode Active Materials (CAM) Programs
We are looking for talented, curious and driven individuals who are willing to help the Cathode Active Material (CAM) Program team deliver projects over the summer. You will be part of an awesome multidiscipline team of engineers and project managers working together to deliver projects at our Labs facility in Västerås. Preferably, we think you are in the end of your engineering studies or in the beginning of your career with an interest in the battery industry.
As a summer intern in CAM Programs, you will work closely with the project managers and you may run your own workstream in one or several of the ongoing projects. You can make complex concepts easy to understand and will be responsible for developing internal project management procedures for budget control, change management and more.

As a summer intern in the industrialization team you will be working with tools and processes for industrialization in A and B sample phase, including bridge and planning C sample planning and production in Ett. Moreover you will also be working with LL for products and implementing best practice and learnings. You will succeed in this role if you are structured, curious and driven. We also believe you have strong previous project management experience and a relevant degree.
