YOUR FUTURE STARTS TODAY

YOUR JOB:

  • Marketing Cloud expert responsible for design and technical implementations

  • Coordinate with a team of other Salesforce Consultants, Developers, and Project Managers to ensure the successful delivery of end-to-end Marketing Automation and CRM solutions

  • Build custom queries and automation, email templates, AMP(scripted) dynamic emails, and customer journeys

  • Administer and monitor the platform, debug incoming defects

  • Assist architecture in the creation and maintenance of the architectural blueprint

  • Support development and functional teams by clarifying functional requirements and technical design

  • Initiate communication with team(s) and across technical analysis team to ensure implementation, and support end-user training

  • Contribute to the growth of our Capgemini Salesforce team through coaching, knowledge transfer, and teamwork

  • Share lessons learned and be part of our Salesforce community/family

ARE YOU READY TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

YOUR PASSPORT:

  • 1-2 years of experience working directly with marketing automation tools, including but not limited to Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Certification. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification preferred

  • Experience using SQL and AMPscript, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Cloud Pages. Experience with SSJS/Java/PHP is a plus.

  • Willing to work Agile or hybrid, knowledge of these is an advantage

  • Intellectual curiosity with strong analytical skills focussing on technical aspects

  • Team player with efficient communication skills

  • Keen to work in an international environment

  • Fluent in EN and NL or FR

  • Must be legally able to work in BE
