We are looking for an enthusiastic bright individual to join the
E-commerce team at By Malene Birger to assist with customer service and online activities. The role requires strong understanding of customers’ needs coupled with commercial knowledge to help maximize trade opportunities.
Provide an exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints
Handle customer inquiries via voice calls, email and chat
Communicate with customers and assist in giving the best service and outcome possible to ensure we are maximizing customer satisfaction and operational
Execute daily E-commerce operations
Assist with reporting of the E-commerce performance on a weekly and monthly basis
Assist with campaigns and email marketing, using data knowledge to ensure performance yet maintaining brand image
Support with product data

Commercial customer-first mindset with strong understanding of premium branding

Detail-orientated and able to multi-task with solid organizational and time-management

Flexible with working schedule depending on campaign activities and peak periods
