Tiger of Sweden is looking for an ambitious and driven (Brand) Producer to join our growing marketing department. The Producer holds responsibility for the execution of Tiger of Sweden's content productions for 360 usage – from campaigns and lookbooks to e-commerce product photography. As such, they lead on the planning, delivery and evaluation of all content assets across the Tiger of Sweden portfolio; working in close collaboration with internal and external Creatives and production stakeholders.

This person will have a hands-on attitude, able to motivate the team to deliver projects on time, with exceptional quality and within budget. They are process driven, analytical and logical. They know how to motivate creatives in a diverse environment with potentially different working styles.


  • Plan and produce all tiers of content production including campaign shoots, on location, studio on model and editorial e-commerce shoots as well as editorial and/or still life shoots
  • Act as project lead in the end-to-end execution of film- and photo productions: from initial creative brief to on-site management as well as post-production and final asset distribution (uploading of assets onto relevant platforms/portals)
  • Serve as liaison between Tiger of Sweden and all external partners for still and moving image production (photographers, directors, set designers, stylists, models, retouchers, etc)
  • Work closely with CMO and Creative Team to ensure creative concept is met and provide solutions when necessary
  • Build out production timelines to level set expectations on new briefs and asset delivery – in close collaboration with all stakeholders
  • Cast models in close dialogue with Creative Team and negotiate usage and rates
  • Facilitate clear, constructive communication regarding project scope, rates, dates, estimation, usage, bookings and invoicing
  • Safeguard legal aspects in relation to content productions; from NDAs to usage rights / buy-outs with partnering collaborators and artists
  • Track estimated to actual spends to ensure budget is always up to date
  • Ensure all assets are retouched as needed and reviewed/approved by Art Director prior to upload in to the digital asset management system
  • Continually identify and recommend production workflow process improvements
  • Track and document collection inventory and looks sent out for productions and upon their arrival back.

Skills & Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experienced project manager and leader. Proven experience motivating a team and creating high quality projects on time. Experience of working in digital content, project managing social media content advantageous.
  • Exceptional attention to detail while understanding the need for efficiency and timely production. Can spot mistakes in content quickly and convey amends to relevant team members.
  • Ability to work under deadline pressure.
  • Understanding or experience of different ecommerce and social media platform guidelines such as Instagram reel/IGTV/feed post ratio and duration advantageous.
  • Understanding of digital content production schedule and techniques.
  • Must be willing to work as part of a team, including communicating daily with leadership and other team members.
  • Must possess strong planning and organisational skills. Experience of using Trello/Asana will be highly advantageous.
  • Must have active and flexible communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Swedish
  • A genuine passion for fashion, design and art is a strong plus
