Mentimeter is taking its Enterprise marketing to the next level and we are looking for a B2B Paid Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team.

With an increased focus on approaching our potential Enterprise clients, we want to target large organizations and create awareness about the benefits of the Mentimeter Enterprise product. At the same time, we want to diversify our lead generation channels with a special focus on outbound paid media.

Your contribution is paramount to increase traffic to our website and brand assets, boost the conversion rate and increase interest in our webinars, downloadable content, and guides.

This is a new role within Mentimeter and you will have the chance to shape it in the way that provides the highest business value for Mentimeter. We believe that a brilliant person with the right attitude can really leverage their time at Mentimeter. We are growing fast, and with us, so can you.

You will be part of the Marketing team and report to the Paid Media Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will play a key role in creating, managing, and executing Mentimeter’s Enterprise Paid Media strategy. Your goals will be connected with increasing brand awareness, maximizing the MQL intake, and supporting product adoption in companies with an active subscription.

  • You will be in charge of planning and managing paid media campaigns on multiple channels such as Linkedin, Twitter, sponsored newsletter, classified websites (Capterra), Lead Gen channels.
  • You will use the first-party data in combination with third-party-provided data set to target decision-makers in large corporations.
  • You will have the mandate to select and hire suppliers (e.g. media agencies, affiliate networks, martech suppliers) that can maximize your delivery potential.
  • You will be requested to partner with creative resources to create, revise, and version campaign and materials content to drive key business outcomes.
  • Developing, managing, and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders will be part of your tasks.
  • You will be responsible for post-campaign impact measurement - drawing on successes and failures, to identify tactics that are working to achieve goals.
  • You will conduct internal, competitor, and industry research.
  • You will work together with our B2B inbound marketers as well as our SEO and SEM specialist towards building high-impact lead journeys.

Skills & Requirements

We are looking for a senior colleague with a strong track record working with paid marketing.

Must-haves:

  • Minimum 8+ years of related work experience, of which 2+ years is leadership experience or proven ability in previous levels.
  • Proven track record in creating, managing, and executing B2B paid marketing strategy that impacted company revenue.
  • Experience with setting up an Affiliate Program.
  • Excellent skills in Google Analytics and CRM platforms such as Hubspot, Zoho, or Salesforce.

Strong plus:

  • Previous SaaS marketing experience.
  • Experience working on global campaigns with a special focus on the US.
