With ambitious targets ahead, we are continuing our growth journey as a company. Recruitment is identified as one of the key people areas to enable the company strategy forward. To help us accelerate the journey of our internal Talent Acquisition team even further, we are looking for a Talent Partner to join our team!

As Talent Partner, you will own your recruitment processes, end to end, ensuring it's created and developed to best support a company in high growth. Being the third internal Talent Acquisition resource onboard, we are offering great opportunities to impact how we at DigitalRoute recruit as well as develop the role itself. You’ll also play a vital role in our global HR team, collaborating closely with HR Business Partners to ensure we are welded together and have a holistic approach.

What you'll do

  • Drive and optimize full-cycle recruitment processes in EMEA for a various of roles within many parts of the company
  • Be a trusted partner for our managers on how to best identify, attract, assess, and hire the best talent on the market
  • Be a driving force towards a more data-driven recruitment approach and play an important role in increasing the competence level of recruitment within the company
  • Contribute to the development of our global recruitment process and building a world-class candidate experience
  • Partner with Hiring Managers in APAC & AMER, to support and ensure we work in the best way with our external recruitment agencies
  • Be a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion champion, always working towards fair and inclusive processes to keep unconscious bias away.

What you'll bring

  • Passion about talent acquisition with a clear understanding of how a forward-looking TA function operates in today’s talent market
  • A couple of years of experience within recruitment, ideally from an in-house environment
  • Good understanding of how to recruit for complex roles
  • A curious mindset and not shy to come with new ideas and create structure where needed
  • Great communication skills with a consultative approach
  • Comfortable with English as the main working language

Our global HR team of seven people is located at our head office in the city centre of Stockholm. You will report to the SVP Human Resources and partner up with the rest of our TA team.
