We are looking for a Software Sales Agent to strengthen our sales team.

As a Sales Agent you have previous software sales experience or will be trained by our team to handle the full sales life cycle of the software sales. You are committed to work hard, and do outstanding client work to progress and close the deals.

What you’ll be doing

You will need to be happy conducting meetings with C-level and other directors and talking about customers' pains, their processes and relating the value added sales pitch to the client's specific needs.

The Software Sales Agent will play an important role in increasing sales by nurturing and progressing leads and ultimately closing deals providing values to the client current processes and software environments.

We have a solid lead generation process that delivers monthly leads focusing on Professional Services sectors, in Finland, Sweden and other main markets.

You must also be able to do some lead generation yourself; whilst you will get leads, you need to be open minded about picking the phone up yourself, creating email campaigns and generating some opportunities for yourself.

You have a strong desire of doing sales and preferably have prior experience from a B2B software sales position.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • To develop new business & nurture Sales Qualified Leads.

  • Conducting online demos

  • Make discovery calls

  • Communicate with confidence, understanding and conviction, aiming to sell company products and services that satisfy identified customer needs.

  • Work towards and achieve individual and company sales targets and KPI’s

  • To understand and develop product knowledge and competition

  • Ensure the CRM system is kept up to date with accurate information

Skills & Requirements

Language Skills

A must for this position is excellent communication oral and written in our working languages Finnish and English. Swedish is seen as a big advantage.

  • Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Want to develop within B2B SaaS sales.

  • Ability to manage high volume workload but remain focussed.

  • Want to become an expert of solution selling and using top notch tools.

  • Passionate about software solutions and desire to act as an advocate for it.

  • Knows how to earn attention and come across as trustworthy with end customers.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish relationships from warm and cold leads
