Role description
In this role you will work with UX design in the CRO process within the Experience & Behaviour team, and be a part of CRO/UX processes within different organizations and industries. You are comfortable in taking your own initiatives, but you’re also humble and flexible in adjusting your way of working to client needs and conditions. User Experience, Conversion rate optimization, and having a data-driven mindset floats your boat, and you have a curiosity, drive and willingness to deepen and broaden your knowledge.
What you will do
You will be a part of experiment programs within a UX/CRO context, wireframing, giving design feedback from a UX and CRO perspective, plan & run workshops, doing CRO/Heuristics reviews, conducting User Research, applying design principles.
