The Customer Services organization includes the Professional Services and Customer Support functions, and is made up of more than 550 Basware experts globally.
Professional Services, made up of Project Managers, Solution Architects, Solution and Technical Consultants and Success Services professionals, deliver customer implementation projects and provide services that help Basware customers adopt, optimize and accelerate the benefits of their Basware solutions and services. Customer Support provides professional help to our customers to manage operational and service issues that arise from using our services.
Customer Services draws on our collective expertise so that our customers realize the best possible business outcomes with Basware’s Networked Purchase-to-Pay solutions.
As part of Customer Services Europe, Basware has a team of European field-based Solution Consultants who understand, define and implement customer requirements for Basware software solutions and services.
We are now looking for a French speaking Implementation Consultant to join our team.
Key role responsibilities
We would enjoy working with a professional, who is/has:
Able to write code in one or more programming/scripting languages (e.g. VB.NET/C#, HTML, PowerShell)
Data conversion and integration understanding (e.g. ETL, Regex, XML, XPATH, JSON, Web Services, APIs)
Good SQL knowledge (Oracle or MySQL)
Knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting or some experience using Basware’s or similar industry programs is an advantage
French language skills at C2 level, verbal and written
English language skills at B2 level, verbal and written
Able to understand process modeling and flow charts
In addition, we would like you to enjoy working with customers, be comfortable in giving presentations and facilitating workshops, produce structured and sound documentation, and be able to travel.
