Job Description

By Malene Birger is looking for a new Store Manager on full time basis in our store in Åhlens City, Stockholm, who can deliver an exceptional high level of customer service, excellent product knowledge, and a real passion for our brand, along with the ability to fit into a universe of committed colleagues.

You deliver high quality in all aspects of your work. This implies that you are authentic towards the customers, proud of being an ambassador and constantly strives to increase the knowledge of our brand. You are a professional by attitude, helping your employees to understand and work in correspondence with the BMB Universe and utilizing the BMB values in any customer, colleague or manager relation.

Tasks
Overall responsible for increasing the turnover in your store and to ensure, maintain and develop Retail excellence through efficient Retail Management.

  • Always ensure retail excellence in everything you do
  • Proactive in increasing the Hitrate, ITP and Basket size
  • Create positive sales figures, in accordance with the store´s sales budget
  • Ensure a progressive sales development in the store
  • Ensure a low employee turnover
  • Maintain a positive team spirit and a first class customer service in the BMB stores
  • Be a BMB role model for the staff

  • Sales talent
  • A natural interest & knowledge of fashion
  • Extensive experience from similar roles within fashion & retail
  • Able to offer the best possible customers service

  • Must speak fluently English as a minimum

  • Extensive experience at Supervisor level or above, within fashion & retail
  • Experienced in driving sales targets and KPIs
