Role? Product Manager (Sellers & Professionals) to join Oikotie Asunnot team to take our client offering to the next level. Discover and deliver solutions that solve the most important client needs, are highly relevant to buyers, and create value for our business.
Requirements? Solid experience working as Product Manager in a data-driven and user-centric environment. Experience in leading agile teams and the ability and willingness to help others to succeed together.
Location? Office located a few steps away from the Helsinki railway station. We work in hybrid mode, so you are able and willing to spend time in our awesome Helsinki office every once in a while if needed but you are also ready to work with team members online.

WHO ARE YOU?
You have relevant experience working as Product Manager in a data-driven and user-centric environment. Marketplace, real estate and/or e-commerce industry experience is a big plus!
Experience in Product discovery, since you will be working with UX and other colleagues to identify and validate the most important user needs and solutions.
Experience in Product delivery and you speak tech fluently. You understand high level architecture, SEO and SCRUM & Kanban are familiar frameworks for you.
Good analytical capabilities, some experimentation & A/B testing experience.
Experience in leading agile teams and the ability and willingness to help others to succeed together. You are a talented negotiator and you know how to maximise value through collaboration & prioritisation.
Fluency in English, as it is our company language. Work proficiency in Finnish is not mandatory but can help you to succeed in this role.

WHAT’S THE JOB LIKE?
We are currently living in a thriving Finnish real estate market full of opportunities for buyers, sellers and real estate agents. Many people and families are thinking about how and where they want to live, and at Oikotie Asunnot we are determined to create the best product and services for everyone involved in the housing market.
We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to take our seller and client offering to the next level. Our clients include sellers, buyers, renters, real estate agents and constructor companies. Together with your talented colleagues, You as a PM can discover and deliver solutions that solve the most important real estate agent needs, are highly relevant to buyers, and create value for our business.
In this role you can expect lots of variation in your day-to-day work: working with the tech team on tasks and tickets, interviewing customers, problem-solving with colleagues across the company, ideating and validating new functionality, analysing and understanding data and insights, contributing to the product vision & strategy, contributing to strategic planning through OKRs and exchanging learnings with the wider Schibsted community!
