Would you like to play a vital part in Toca Boca’s growth journey?

As the Technical Product Manager you will be responsible for the day to day operations of our Central Tech department which currently consists of three teams - DevOps, Online Services and our upcoming account service for online games team.

Working closely with the Technical Director, you will be responsible for how to organize the team and our ways of working in order to achieve the technical vision and direction.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll set up and be responsible for the agile workflows for the three programming focused teams mentioned above. You’ll be the one to set project scopes and timelines, understanding technical challenges, dependencies, communicating team needs, risks and challenges to Henrik, our Head of Studio Operations, and the studio leadership team.

Your focus will be on the ways of working and organization. The products are owned by the teams. You’ll act as a partner for the technical leads in each team, focusing on plan execution, roadmaps and more.

You’ll adapt existing, and create new, processes for the teams, all working on overlapping technology. Most of it will be focused on the devops-pipeline (CI/CD) and backend services with lightweight consumer facing GUI:s on both Unity and Web.
