As our Channel Sales Manager you are responsible to build growth strategy, identify and qualify opportunities, develop, drive and support partner new sales execution in the territory. You are interfacing effectively with all relevant IFS business units as well as external stakeholders, driving sales cycles and signing deals.
Partners are at the heart of IFS’s global go-to-market strategy. The role of the Channel Sales Manager is to consistently grow software license revenue within assigned territory, through and together with channel partners.
To be successful in this role you already have partner DNA, loves selling to new customers and masters working on both strategic, tactical and operational level.
We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated, enthusiastic and proactive channel sales manager with excellent business development, planning, and execution skills.
You will be part of the Nordic & Baltics Channel team and be based out of one of our Swedish (Stockholm, Linköping or Gothenburg) offices. Regular traveling is to be expected.

OVERALL REQUIRED COMPETENCE, SKILLS AND BEHAVIORS
In-depth experience with indirect channel sales, development and dynamics
Knowledgeable of ERP and/or EAM/ESM/FSM software market
Industry expertise favored from Manufacturing, Professional services, Utility, Construction, Transportation and Logistics
Understands how to effectively maneuver a matrix organization and building relationships on all levels
Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English
High energy and can-do mentality
