3rd line Support is part of global Customer Support unit and we handle the most complex and interesting issues for our customers and internal teams. We also contribute to the serviceability and quality of our products, and to knowledge improvement of 1st and 2nd line support teams.

In this role, you get to work with our global customer issues both from individual case level but also from a holistic perspective. You work as part of a team and depending on the issue, analyzing matters individually and sometimes coordinating larger solution work.

Skills & Requirements

We want a team member who possesses very good analytical skills and suitable experience, preferably in Purchasing and Invoicing domain. To succeed in this role, technical expertise, and experience of fluently interacting with our Product Management and R&D teams is needed. We also expect our new team member to have

  • Experience in application support, and troubleshooting
  • High knowledge of SQL Server, understanding of ERP, and experience in cloud solutions and services

  • General IT infrastructure knowledge (Networks, Virtualization, Computer hardware)

  • Basic ITIL understanding

  • Relevant business process understanding

  • Knowledge around Analytics, Webservices and OpenAPI/RestAPI as an advantage

  • Knowledge of AWS/Dynatrace/Splunk/Jira or relevant tool as an advantage

As excellent communication is one of our top priorities, we expect you to have a fluent and positive communication style. We are a global team, so you must be fluent in written and spoken English.

As significant part of the 3rd line job is to train other people and coordinate work of other support personnel, an ability and drive to teach and lead by example is expected. In this role you can also find yourself providing presentations to our global customers, so we expect you to be confident in such situations.
