The Solution Consultant supports the Account Manager to create deeper partnership with named Operator Partner(s) and F-Secure. The Solution Consultant brings added value to the standard solution by understanding customer-specific needs and technical environment, and ensures success by applying predefined processes and best practices. Solution Consultant acts as a local resource, near the partner, speaks the local language and acts as a clear contact point and feedback route for Operator Partner(s).


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute operator specific customer journey programs, ensure maximum volume of activations for F-Secure products. Ensure high consumer and operator partner NPS.

  • Train operators' sales channels and customer care units to sell and support F-Secure products. Assume a pre-sales role as part of operator account team, ensure high success rate for key initiatives.

  • Present technical aspects of offered solutions to Partners, consult in initial feasibility negotiations, and assist Sales (and Solution Consulting) in pre-sales and RFX/customer offer process.

  • Plan, schedule, manage and document solution implementation and upgrade projects.

  • Responding to technical queries from customers and acting as first point of contact for own accounts in technical matters.

  • Service review process execution, including service review meetings, service quality reporting and service improvement plan. Collecting and sharing Partner feedback.

  • Documentation and assessment of Partner’s provisioning and other service processes.

  • Communicate proactively to partner about roadmaps, new versions, hot fixes and service-related topics.


What are we looking for?

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering or IT and/or similar field.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Preferably Chinese-speaking to serve Hong Kong customers.
  • Experienced in Operator Sales and well-versed in Operator Sales functional competencies.
  • 4-7 years of working experience.
  • Technology savvy to enable leveraging on technology to increase customer benefits from our services.
  • Technical competent in F-Secure products and operator technical environment is an advantage.
  • Willing to travel around APAC countries.
  • Experience in cyber security domain or field is an advantage.
  • Basic project management skills.
  • Good communication skills in relationship building and networking.
  • Good presentation skills.
  • Customer focus.
  • Ability to cope with pressures and multiple ongoing activities.
