We are now looking for a Salesforce Sales Specialist. In this role, you will engage to sell one of our main solution: F-Secure Cloud Protection for Salesforce, which is a cloud based security solution designed to complement and enforce the native security capabilities of the Salesforce platforms. You will be the privileged interlocutor of partners and final customers, follow and motivate their actions, in order to develop a quality relationship to strengthen the positioning of our offer.
Develop and sustain solid long term revenue with top existing and new customers
Be proactive to conquer new markets and win new prospects
Maintain a robust sales pipeline and ensure full compliance with all internal processes
Sell the organization's Salesforce solutions through a consultative selling approach and maintain good relationships with key individuals within named accounts
Develop strategies and orchestrates company resources to maximize sales volume within strategic partners and customers accounts
Effectively engage and build cooperative relationships with sales resources: SE, Marketing, Channel, sales team and executives as required
Provide accurate forecasts and reports on activity and sales performance
What are we looking for?
A good experience with Salesforce tools as a CRM
A proven track record of sales experience in the high tech industry (preferably cybersecurity software) developing strategic customer relationships
High levels of achievement against quota and experience selling to the executive level customer
Demonstrated breadth and depth of knowledge through exposure to complex business situations
Direct field experience in working with partners & end user accounts
Results-oriented with a passion for over-achieving sales targets
Self-driven and highly-motivated
Advanced Negotiation skills
Excellent English skills and fluent French
Great communication skill
