Project Description

Smile Identity is looking for a data-savvy Growth Analyst to join its Growth team. Someone who thrives at the intersection of data, product, and marketing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical, marketing and business background - with the ambition to make companies grow, regardless of the 'how'.

You'll be expected to collaborate closely with stakeholders across the company, and deliverables will be in the form of driving execution on your strategic recommendations through project management.

Key Project Deliverables

  • Identify the opportunities most important for growth, to remove barriers for product adoption, retention, engagement, and/or monetization.
  • Execute on projects based on what’s identified to accelerate the growth and adoption of Smile Identity's products across all markets.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to Marketing and Commercial Managers, and help define the customer engagement model
  • Identify drivers of business problems and trends at their root, while also stepping back to understand the broader context
  • Develop & deliver marketing performance analyses and program recommendations for marketing and product leaders
  • Find triggers and help implement processes, tools or systems that help us grow the business exponentially.
  • Design and launch experiments, determine campaign targeting strategies, and develop category-specific KPIs, forecasts, and goals
  • Build dashboards, reports, and alerting systems for the ongoing analysis and monitoring of marketing campaigns, categories, and channels

Skills & Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in a highly analytical role in a top-tier company (bonus if you’ve worked in a Start-Up or in a high-growth environment)
  • 2+ years of experience with SQL, quantitative analysis experience, Tableau or other data visualization tools
  • 2+ years of experience as a consultant, product manager or in other similar roles demonstrating XFN management
  • A strong business acumen and can translate insights into actionable recommendations that align with business objectives
  • A proactive communication style; you do not shy away from speaking up and sharing your ideas in bigger group settings and an executive level
  • A data junkie who loves finding the details in facts and statistics, and putting it all together for an actionable plan.
  • Strong project management skills with an ability to prioritize according to highest business impact
