Corporate Functions supports Basware business by providing and continuously developing high quality tools, processes, and expertise to enable successful execution of company strategy, effective operations, and happy internal and external customers. Corporate Functions has skilled and development-oriented people working across the world in all of Basware’s 14 countries, with truly global ways of working, and consists of Investor Relations, Digital Office, Finance and Business Controlling, Human Resources, Administration, Legal and Sourcing teams.

Basware global HR function has distinct streams for HR Business Partnering, Local HR Management, Talent Acquisition, HR Shared Service Centre and Centre of Excellence (CoE) hubs for Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development and Compensation and Benefits. Our HR team mission is to strive for excellence and deliver the ultimate candidate, employee & customer experience. We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our global HR to ensure we are positioned right and able to attract and onboard the right talent to each role at Basware. This role resides within Talent Acquisition CoE.


HOW WOULD YOU CONTRIBUTE?

As a trusted (Senior) Talent Acquisition Partner you are a key player in identifying, attracting and hiring the right talent to Basware. We know what counts in this role is your ability to establish long term partnership with business, understand the talent needs of different teams today and in the future, as well as your ability to build talent pipeline and deliver the best candidate experience!

While taking ownership of end to end recruitment and identifying talent that shares the same passion for our values, you are also promoting Basware as an employer within the region. You´re passionate in building and nurturing your talent network and are expert in matching the right talent to the right job.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Talent acquisition subject matter expert, driving end to end recruitment process in Finland and the Scandinavia
  • Proactive sourcing and talent pipelining as per business needs
  • Partnering with hiring business and managers to
    • create high quality job ads and role specific sourcing strategies to identify the right talent for each role
    • source, attract and select the right talent by facilitating sourcing, screening interview, assessment and selection
    • ensure smooth candidate experience and onboarding for new joiner
    • support and provide advisory throughout the recruitment process
  • Ensure compliance to company procedures, policies and local legislation throughout recruitment process
  • Collaborate closely with global HR team and stakeholders to
    • drive employer branding
    • streamline local recruitment process and service delivery
    • drive preboarding and onboarding together with hiring teams
    • ensure compliance e.g. to local employment laws and GDPR

Skills & Requirements

We would enjoy working with a professional, who possess strong end to end IT recruitment experience, spiced up with passion for employer branding!

You have a desire and perseverance to proactively drive hiring and support business in closing even the most challenging recruitment. You are able to handle diversity of roles at any given time, from start to closure with customer service mindset and focus on candidate experience. Connecting with the talent and nurturing your network is in your blood and you´re also quickly building rapport with your key stakeholders.

We hope to see you quickly adapting to changes and thriving in our fast-paced organizational environment. You enjoy team work but are also able to make decisions independently. As you might handle multiple recruitments and projects in parallel, your excellent organization and interpersonal skills come into play. You have great “can do” -attitude and ability to communicate effectively at all levels. Working in our international matrix organisation you need to be fluent in English and professional language skills in Finnish or one of the Scandinavian languages is an advantage.
