We are looking for a driven production controller to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is a part of our passionate business control team based in Skelleftea.  By joining us, you will be a key player in ramping up NV1 and contribute to building one of the first large scale European battery factories.  

Some of your key duties include working with the operations team and support with financial analysis, drive performance and KPIs, analyze variances and prepare management reporting. In order for you to be successful you most likely have previous experience working with production controlling in manufacturing or from process industry.

The person will be a part of the growing business control team based in Skelleftea. You will support and work closely with business leaders during the ramp up phase for one of the largest factories in Europe. You will play an important role in driving performance and efficiency for our operations team and support the team with financial guidance and targets.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • You will be working with Business and production control for NV Ett, partnering up with other functions, building business plans and define ways to identify gaps, opportunities.
  • You will engage in the Business Unit P&L, connecting into the business model, striving to identify cost saving opportunities and efficiency gains.
  • You will define ways to measure and report on the business key performance indicators.
  • You will be a key driver in setting up new templates and KPIs, and implementing a more efficient IT system to respond to business needs, setting the requirements on how to structure ERP to create more performance driven/ KPIs.
  • You will work with costing of our products and the set-up of the ERP system and analyse and follow up on standard cost and variances.

Skills & Requirements

We believe that you have:

  • Relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Studies, MBA is a plus
  • 5+ years working experience preferably in manufacturing sector with previous proven experience in design and implement operational and financial KPI’s, working closely with the whole P&L
  • Excellent English written and oral skills 

Bonus points for: 

  • Experience and interest in manufacturing industry
  • Fluency in other languages ( Swedish)  
  • Experience from a multi-cultural environment
