Be the process and system expert advising and guiding our customer during the onboarding project
Conduct workflow conversations to advise optimal structure and workflow for each customer
Be responsible for the technical set-up and configuration of TimeEdit throughout the customer onboarding
Train and educate customers on how to effectively utilize TimeEdit to receive maximum value from the product
Surface implementation and onboarding blockers and trends to improve overall set up and onboarding experience
Be a product expert and understand how different tailored TimeEdit set-ups and workflows serve different purposes and demands
Serve as a trusted advisor, and represent the voice of the customer to inform our sales process and product roadmap

Have previous experience working directly with software implementations, either as a Customer Success Manager / Implementation manager at a SaaS company or worked within higher education around the topic of timetabling with an interest in timetabling software
Knowledge of, and technical acumen relevant to, implementation of SaaS products and services
Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent onboarding projects with varying complexity levels
Have exceptional communication skills, highly organized, collaborative and detail oriented

TimeEdit was established in Gothenburg in the mid 90’s by an astrophysicist making a timetabling application from an Excel sheet on crack.
