Linkfluence provides a wide range of solutions. Being the first in line when it comes to upselling and renewals, the Account Manager is also responsible for keeping an excellent customer relationship and support.
You will work in a team of passionate Account Managers to strive for success among our clients and develop our existing businesses.
Ensure a prime customer service and clients’ follow-up
Drive business practices and specific use-cases to effectively support agreements signed with clients
Drive local sales efforts to develop new business opportunities.
Design and own a strategic plan to grow your accounts aligned with the company’s vision and roadmap
Accurate coordination with internal teams (Customer Success, Engineering, Product, etc.)
More precisely, you will be in charge of:
A portfolio of local accounts with a mix of existing accounts and accounts that can be developed to key accounts
Understand, identify and negotiate new business opportunities within your portfolio
Propose tools and process improvement
Liaise with teams to build dynamic dashboards
Retaining customers by offering additional services (new dashboards, new solutions.)
Build trust and rapport with your clients to drive your strategic plan in a prescriptive manner.
Skills & Requirements
You have 2 years of experience
You are comfortable working with a large portfolio and various types of clients
You already sold with success a solution-based approach or SAAS approach
You are passionate about the Internet and knowledge of online media and social web
You’re enthusiastic and have great interpersonal skills
You describe yourself with keywords like proactivity, rigor, organization and autonomy
You are fluent in English and French
