Northvolt has an exciting job offer for an Aftermarket Project Engineer to join our excellent Service & Aftermarket team in Stockholm.

The Aftermarket Project Engineer coordinates the fulfillment of overall Aftermarket requirements and objectives in pre and post development phases of Industrial products and collaborates on joint efforts with corresponding teams.

Key responsibilities.

  • Leads small to large-sized projects to ensure adherence to project plans and schedules.

  • Drives together with the Aftermarket Development Manager, the Aftermarket internal projects, systems, tools, and continuous improvement ideas.

  • Secures the Aftermarket deliveries to Product Development for Industrial application projects.

  • Maintains customer relationships, secures customers continuous development, and takes care of customer concerns or complaints rapidly and professionally.

Skills & Requirements

Education & Experience

· Master’s in engineering

· Plus five years of experience as a project manager or relevant experience

· Track record of successful Project Management ideally in a fast-growing environment

· Preferred experience within the renewable energy field

· Interest and knowledge in Battery Powered systems

Specific Skills & Abilities

· English (fluently), Swedish (optional)

· Passionate about creating structure and organization

· Excellent collaboration and communication skills

· Strong analytical and critical skills
