We are now looking for a B2B Growth Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing global marketing team. You’ll handle marketing efforts for brand awareness, as well as, lead generation, website development and content curation/creation, and sales collateral.
What you’ll do
This is a new role where you will work closely together with sales, both from a sales enablement and an account-based approach. Your responsibilities include designing content marketing strategies with clear targets. You’ll form Demand Generation tactics and Lead Conversion principles and work with A/B and multivariate testing, user segmentation and set up reporting processes. To create value propositions that communicate to targeted audiences and developing marketing campaigns that deliver targeted messages is a core part of this role. Part of your scope is to leverage full value from our marketing automation processes and tools.
You form part of our Global Digital marketing team and report to our Head of Digital Marketing.

Our headquarter is located in the heart of Stockholm.
You have a BSc degree in Marketing or other relevant fields in combination with at least 3 years of hands-on marketing experience in a B2B role. You are passionate about B2B marketing and have hands-on experience with digital media, including SEM, display, social, email, and affiliate channels.
To be a strong candidate you are analytically strong and have a solid understanding of agile marketing, identify and focus on high-value projects, and then continuously and incrementally improve the results over time. You have excellent communication skills and write and speak professional English.
