Job Description

Linkfluence is looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team in Paris.

In close collaboration with the Head of Product and the other members of the team (Product manager, Product owner, designer), you will:

  • Be in charge of the product development of the AI based features of Radarly, our Social Media Intelligence platform (SaaS)
  • Work mainly on the implementation of new AI features and on the repackaging of existing ones to facilitate their use and adoption (text and image analysis, affects detection…).
  • Work closely with the engineering AI team.
  • Contribute to product marketing on these topics, and communicate with our international offices in Europe, Asia, and the US.
  • Your missions in details:
  • Analyze consumer needs, current market trends and competitors offers to feed the product strategy
  • Define the product strategy and roadmap of the AI features in collaboration with the Head of Product and the engineering team
  • Translate product AI roadmap into detailed requirements for mockups and specs production
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of AI features
  • Create feature documentation for internal and external communication
  • Analyze usages on AI features to ensure their continuous improvement
Skills & Requirements


  • Significant experience (5-7 years of work minimum) in a dynamic product management role, ideally in SaaS
  • Degree in Product Design, Engineering or equivalent
  • Proactive and autonomous, you need limited guidance to keep things moving forward
  • Fluent in French and English (written and spoken), comfortable in a global company
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Preferred:
  • Familiar with AI and data science world
  • Previous experience in SaaS model company
  • Previous experience delivering finely-tuned product marketing strategies
  • Familiar with social media and its ecosystem

Familiar with Social Media Intelligence tools (Linkfluence Radarly, Meltwater or others)
