Working with Corporate functions at Northvolt :

  • Talent Acquisition (Stockholm, Västerås, Skellefteå)

As a Talent Acquisition intern you would support our team in our most pressing recruitments this summer as we are employing candidates from all over the world in a fun, fast-paced and challenging environment. In this role, you are actively building the Northvolt organisation and culture, one talent at the time. You will be a trusted gatekeeper as you will set the standard for company excellence through the candidates you hire. Being service-minded and detail-oriented combined with having the ability to get things done will make you a successful team member. This role will sharpen your TA-skills as you learn things related, but not limited to, the full recruitment cycle.

  • Relocation ( Stockholm, Västerås, Skellefteå)

The Skellefteå-team is looking for a service-minded and solution-oriented people person that will support Northvolt employees in various aspects of their relocation to Skellefteå and Northvolt Ett. You will be working with our dedicated relocation team and specifically work with matching incoming employees to available accommodation options, develop communication material that will help employees settle in to Skellefteå, collaborate with private and public landlords to improve and refine our allocation processes, and support in relevant events made specifically for relocating employees and their families. Educational background is less relevant, a can-do attitude and a passion for people is what is needed to thrive in this role. Skellefteå-knowledge is a plus.

  • HR (Stockholm, Västerås, Skellefteå)

Are you passionate about people and processes? Northvolt’s Human Resources team in Stockholm is looking for curious and innovative people’s persons that will be part of developing, evaluating and refining HR processes, ways of workings and systems in a young organization. New ways of thinking and an ability to structure ideas into ‘to-dos’ will be needed. Together with the HR-team, we are happy to hear your ideas on where you can contribute the most to making Northvolt an awesome place to work. We are offering internships within the following areas: Human Resources Operations, Learning & Development, Human Resources Information Systems, Payroll, Relocation and Support. You will belong to the Talent team which HR is a part of, and report to the responsible for the focus area of choice.   • Compensation and Benefits (Stockholm)

We are looking for a talented intern who will help us develop our employee offering with a focus on the management of our long term incentive plan and other benefits. You have an eye for details and enjoy crunching data. You will join a small team within our HR in Stockholm and we hope you'll enjoy supporting us on our mission to make Northvolt an awesome place to work. We believe that you have a background in studying either law or business and economics. You will get to support with projects related to our employee compensation and benefits offering. This includes developing our equity plan management process, the maintenance process of job levelling and projects on implementing new employee benefits.

  • Workplace suppor t (Stockholm, Västerås, Skellefteå)

We are looking for energetic service-minded interns who can join our team and be a part of reaching our objective to make Northvolt an awesome workplace in Stockholm, Västerås and Skellefteå. Preferably you have studied interior design/architectural design/project management or facility management. A flexible mindset and experience from a service role is excellent. Together with the Office & Events team we would love for you to be help us with our mission of enabling the future of energy by enabling a great Northvolt experience for everyone who steps into one of our facilities or events!


About the internship:

With Northvolt Internships, we invite a team of selected students to participate in a paid nine-week summer placement here in Sweden.

As an Intern, you’ll work within a Northvolt department matched to your field of studies and will have the opportunity to learn from the very best – dealing with cutting edge science, engineering, and manufacturing processes.

Throughout the internship you can expect to become involved in numerous projects, carrying deliverables providing you with the opportunity to shine. Northvolt is growing at a rapid pace, and in joining us, you’d do the same.

About the company

Northvolt makes green batteries for a blue planet. Affordable cells and high-quality battery systems. All manufactured with a record-low carbon footprint. Purposely built to provide Europe with the opportunity to switch to renewable energy – efficiently and entirely.
