Nova, established in 1997 in Sweden, is an international, member-curated community of top talented young professionals and high-achieving organizations with a common desire to inspire and connect with one another.

In Nova, we enable our top-talented members to share, learn and connect in an exclusive trusted community which aims to create real and positive value for society. We facilitate the connection of value-driven organizations with our community of top-talented young professionals in a uniquely open and genuine environment, both through disruptive innovation events and an exclusive online platform.

Nova Spain, the Spanish Chapter of Nova Global, was launched in April 2016. From a very strong set of 100 Founding Members and 13 Founding Partners, Nova Spain has grown exponentially to +700 Members in more than 10 Spanish cities and +20 partners, including some of the best employers and business schools in Spain: BCG, McKinsey, Uber, L'Oréal, Iberdrola, Telefónica, Morgan Stanley, BBVA, Gestamp, H&M, Fujifilm, Linklaters, Uría, IE, IESE ...

1997Nova is created in Sweden. In 2008, it expands Norway and Denmark.

2016Nova opens in Spain, Australia and France. A new, scientifically sophisticated and automated assessment process is launched, cutting time by 85% and saving 200 datapoints per applicant.

2016 - NovemberNova Spain launches several Community events. The concept "Nova Meetup" will be the most famous, with over 15 events in the next 6 months.
