As an associate with The Company you will have the opportunity to work directly with client executives, to advance leading edge business thinking, and to make a difference in their organization - regardless of your tenure. You will work in teams typically consisting of three to five consultants with leadership from several partners. You will play an active role in all aspects of a client engagement: gathering and analyzing information, formulating and testing hypotheses, developing and communicating our recommendations, presenting results to management, and implementation. Being part of a client service team at The Company is an intense learning and development experience. Each engagement will bring new opportunities for leadership and growth.
As an associate at The Company you will gain new skills and build on the strengths you bring to the firm. Associates receive frequent coaching and mentoring from engagement managers and partners on their teams. In addition, each associate is assigned a partner who helps guide the associate’s career at The Company.
Beyond the team, you will also benefit from formal training programs. Associates attend five weeks of formal training in their first two years, and all our programs are taught by top-notch faculty, including our Partners and external faculty
The Company associates also help shape their own careers. Once associates solidify basic consulting and leadership skills, they may work with clients across many industries and in different functional areas; they may choose to specialize in a particular area or remain a generalist; they may have the opportunity to work in or transfer to another office.
