Designlearn Company is seeking an eLearning developer to work a 6-12 month contract who is highly organized, can work independently in a fast-paced environment and produce multiple quality deliverables with varying deadlines.? Candidates should be self-starters and creative problem solvers and have the flexibility to support client initiatives by bringing key skills in multi- media training programs, content development and instructional design!

In this role, you will:

• Designs and develops instructional material to support training for various functional roles utilizing eLearning software and training authoring tools.
• Makes recommendations on media elements and provides development time estimates for eLearning development projects.
• Develops creative eLearning solutions, including those that are complex in material and design, using instructional design methodologies and industry standard tools and software.
• Creates and integrates video, audio, and graphics.
• Develops appropriate technical documentation and ensures security and version control.
• Performs other duties as required.
• Strong understanding of compliance development standards (SCORM, ADDIE).
• Advanced proficiency in eLearning techniques and tools for web animation, web graphics, photo editing, and audio recording/editing (Articulate Storyline-required, Adobe Creative Suite-highly preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated consulting, project management and leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Previous (2-5 years) experience developing web-based courses. Graphic design experience a plus.
