Apollo is among the leading travel operators in the Nordic region, serving approximately 700 000 travelers each year. Our core team consists of around 300 employees across our Nordic offices, and during the summer and winter seasons, we expand our workforce with additional 100-250 seasonal staff.

At Apollo, we offer a variety of roles abroad. While many associate us with tour representatives, each destination is supported by a dedicated team that ensures our guests enjoy a fantastic holiday. These roles include Destination Managers, Finance Coordinators, and Kids Club Leaders, among others.
Apollo is also committed to sustainable travel and social responsibility, working in partnership with organizations such as SOS Children’s Villages, Ecpat, and the Swedish Olympic Committee (SOK). Since 2016, we have proudly held the Travelife certification.

1986Apollo bildas och blir en researrangör som producerar och säljer resor till fyra grekiska destinationer; Aten, Atens riviera, poros och Naxos.
1995Apollo etablerar sig i Danmark med kontor i Köpenhamn och därefter även i Århus.
1997Flygbolaget Novair grundas och gör sin premiärresa till Thailand.
1998Apollo etablerar sig i Norge och har sedan dess utsetts till Norges bästa researrangör vid flertalet tillfällen.
2007Apollo förvärvar träningsanläggningen Playitas på Fuerteventura och träningsresor kommer visa sig bli allt mer populärt.
2008Apollo köper Sveriges största Golfresearrangör Golf Plaisir som senare även kom att utses till Sveriges bästa golfresearrangör.
2010Apollo introduceras på finska marknaden och lyckas snabbt etablera sig.
2011Apollo köper den exklusiva researrangören Lime Travel i Sverige.
2015Apollo säljs till det tyska företaget REWE där vi nu ingår i deras resedimension DER TOURISTIK.
2017Apollo förvärvar skid- och surfresearrangören Xtravel. För Apollo innebär detta ett positivt tillskott till en redan stark sportprodukt samt en ökad specialistkompetens – med en naturlig koppling till kärnverksamheten.
