Nova is in the process of expanding globally to create an international exclusive, trusted community of top talent of the world and a place for high achieving organizations. We currently have offices in Norway, Denmark and Sweden and are in the process of setting up in Australia. 1997Nova starts off as a list of the 100 most talented graduate students within engineering, business and law and immediately starts attracting attention.
2002The list is turned into a network, a professional segment is created and Nova turns into a facilitator of relationships between top companies and the top talent on the list.
2007Nova expands to Norway and Denmark and opens offices in Oslo and Copenhagen.
2014Nova passes the milestone of 10 000 members and 10 superconnectors from all over the world initiates a global expansion.
2015Nova.com is launched, a closed beta of the digital platform Nova Connect starts, the event concept Nova Sessions is launched and Nova opens its first hub outside of Scandinavia.
