Shace is a fast-growing early-stage PropTech startup transforming the way office space is used, shared, and leased globally. Founded by two commercial real estate professionals with five years of industry experience, Shace was born out of first hand observation of inefficiencies in the office market. Something we experienced doing our research for this company is a world-wide problem: a large portion of office space sits unused while companies struggle to find flexible, affordable workspace - a clear, pressing market problem.
Our vision is bold but grounded. We aim to become the leading platform for commercial office management, enabling companies around the world to find, match, and lease offices effortlessly. With the combination of deep industry knowledge, validated market need, and a highly scalable platform, Shace is positioned to capture early traction, build strong global presence, and redefine how offices are used and valued.
Shace is currently supported by KTH Innovation and part of a batch in KTH Innovation Launch. KTH Innovation Launch is a 12 month program to accelerate the development of promising startup projects from KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Startup projects receive extensive support from inhouse Business Development Coaches as well as additional support such as office space, community activities, team development support, IP and legal counseling, access to industry, mentor and investor networks.
