We always strive to gain new knowledge and learn new skills. We're never done,
humble in the face of that which we do not know or master. We take an interest
in other's area of expertise and gladly share our own. Wherever we go we
evangelize effective learning practices.
Be dedicated in every task
We have a deep passion for our mission, which often demonstrates as us
joyously focusing on the task at hand, having troubles destinguishing what is
work and what is spare time. We love plowing through a to-do list and making
big progress fast.
Base every argument and decision on facts
We try to always base decisions and arguments on facts, rather than on merit,
norms or individual agendas. We support each other in questioning our own
standpoints and applaud he or she who admits a wrong.
Always look to the common goal
We always ask for help when we need it and provide it when we can. We do not
compete with each other, but instead push for the goals of the group.
Collaborations strech across areas of expertise and responsibilities – we all
help eachother.
Build open and warm relations
We are honest with each other and with our customers about what we know, what
we do and what we are looking to achieve. We are comfortable in our knowledge
and adapt our language so that the recipient understands, rather than using
buzzwords. A hug or a high five is never far away.
Take own initiatives
To become the best in the world we must always try new things, and dare to try
things no one has ever done before. If we see an oportunity to reach our
common goal faster, we do not wait around for someone to tell us to go for it
– we just do it.
