Ovulai is an early-stage HealthTech startup providing a medical app to relieve chronic conditions for women, starting with a condition called PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome). Ovulai’s digital and evidence-based self-help programs help women and womb-carriers manage their symptoms and prevent subsequent diseases.
There is a crying need for this solution as 87% of the patients with PCOS experience a lack of education, guidance and treatment from Swedish healthcare. The importance of Ovulai's work has been acknowledged by being awarded several prizes with motivations such as “clear clinical need”, “stunning market potential” and “impressive founding team” with “genuine passion that convinces us about their ability to solve a problem for millions of women”.

May 2020The initial idea (of what was later to become Ovulai) was born.
Oct. 2020Enrolled in KTH Innovation pre-incubator program to iterate on the idea and verify the customer need.
May 2021Were able to prove the market potential to a jury of business experts at Venture Cup.
Jan. 2022Secured our first investment from KTH Holding.
March 2022Initiated Alpha testing of the product to verify the problem-solution fit.
Sep. 2022Enrolled in the Sting incubator program which has been named the world's best incubator.
Oct. 2022A public Beta version of the app was launched on App Store and Google Play and received hundreds of downloads already in the first week which proved both traction and willingness to pay.
Oct. 2022Secured an angel investment round to be able to take the company and product to the next stage.
