Skanska Commercial Development Nordic initiates, develops and invests in commercial properties such as office buildings and logistic warehouses in the Nordic region. We develop the future workplaces with sustainable and innovative premises solutions that creates healthy and creative work environments where our customers can grow and develop. Our 120 employees are operating in six regions; Stockholm, Gothenburg, Malmö, Copenhagen, Helsinki and Oslo.
