We at Ventury are working on a platform for the economic simulation of venture capital contracts with startups! We are a young university spin-off from the TH Nuremberg, supported by the EXIST start-up scholarship, the KTH Preincubator in Stockholm and the Google Start-up Program. Unbalanced owernership is often a reason for losing motivation and failing a startup in the longterm. Our goal is to make the negotiations more transparent for all parties involved, avoid expensive renegotiations and support longterm partnerships.
