memoAR is an early stage medtech startup working on Augmented Reality solutions for people with cognitive impairments, focusing on people with mild dementia.

With diseases like this growing more common everyday, we want find ways to tackle this challenge. With the assistance of our software designed for AR-glasses, everyday tasks such as orientation, holding a conversation or cooking will no longer be a hindrance.

The team consists of three media technology engineering students from KTH. Although we are a small team, we are backed by a lot of other parties; engaged students, KTH Innovation, researchers, Swedish dementia organisations, consultant companies and more.
