Witrafi is a Finnish MaaS (Mobility as a Service) startup founded in 2013, with a vision to change the way we park. They’ve recently launched a service called Rent-a-Park, which is best described as the Airbnb of parking. It allows parking space owners to share their lots when they’re not in use.

The parking industry has been more or less the same for decades, which is why the founders thought that there was a lot to do, and an opportunity to make a difference. They spent a lot of time testing their core technologies, polishing the code and collaborating with various parking operators, including the City of Helsinki. Today, Rent-a-Park is running in 10 cities all around Finland and the user base is growing like never before.
