If you want to apply for a job or get in touch with any of the employers through Jobylon’s service, your personal data will be registered with and processed by the employer. The purpose of the registration is to enable the employer to handle the recruitment process in question and to use the data for future recruitments. Jobylon will process the personal data on the employer’s behalf, given that we provide them with our recruitment tool. Only such data necessary for the purpose of the recruitment may be processed, such as contact details and records to evaluate the applicant’s suitability and career opportunities.
We therefore want to make you aware of that you, by applying for a job through the service, give your consent to such registration and that the employer will get access to the information you provide. You furthermore consent to that the employer saves, uses and possibly shares your personal data in order to process your application and to communicate with you or your references when needed in accordance with the purpose of the processing. The data will not be used in any other purpose than the purpose defined here. Any data stored will furthermore not be saved for a longer period of time than what is necessary given the purpose for the processing.
The employer who’s job you apply for, will be responsible as a controller for your personal data and is committed to not disclose it to unauthorized third parties. The controller will, however, share your personal data with relevant personal data processers when needed in relation to the purpose for the processing. For example, Jobylon acts as a data processor when we help the employer with gathering your information via the recruitment tool.

You always have the right to request an excerpt of the personal data stored about you once per year and to change the data if it is inaccurate as well as to get it deleted if the processing lacks legal basis.
