The Kubota Holdings Europe human resources team, based in the Netherlands, manage the Website on behalf of the Kubota Holdings Europe and the Kubota Companies in Europe. Kubota Holdings Europe makes Jobylon available to Kubota Companies in Europe. Whilst Kubota Holdings Europe is the owner of Jobylon, the recruitment activities are done for the Kubota Companies. Therefore, other Kubota Companies may be your prospective employer, and the employment contract will include other Kubota Companies entity names, if you are successful in your employment application.
This data privacy notice has been created to provide relevant information and demonstrate that your Personal Data is processed in a legal and responsible manner. This applies to Personal Data provided to or collected by Kubota Company in relation to Jobylon.

The Kubota Holdings Europe human resources team supports the Kubota Companies with their recruitment processes. The Kubota Holdings Europe human resources team supports recruiting at all locations where Kubota Companies are located and/or operate in Europe. Kubota Companies in Europe and its associated business units operate on a matrix organizational style. This means that in practice the location where a potential candidate could be based may be in a different country from where the members of the hiring team or human resources team are based.
