• T&G Global will act as the data controller for candidate information, while Hudson Talent Solutions will act as the data processor supporting T&G Global in recruitment activities;
• when you apply for roles, your application and related data will be shared with and controlled by T&G Global; and
• both T&G Global and Hudson Talent Solutions may engage trusted third-party providers (by way of example, reference check services, payroll providers, and other recruitment-related vendors) and, if so, these providers may process your data strictly for the purposes of recruitment and employment administration.
